REFUND POLICIES FOR THE JEWELRY CENTRE

At Jewelry Centre, your satisfaction is our priority.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:

Exchange or Store Credit: Return your item within 10 days of delivery in unworn condition for an exchange or store credit for the full amount.
Refund: A refund can be issued with a 25% return fee (excluding any complimentary shipping). Only one return is accepted per item type (e.g., headpiece, veil, jewelry set).

Exchanges and Store Credit:

Exchanges or store credits will incur only shipping fees and must be for items of equal or higher price.

Important Notes:

Only one return per headpiece, veil, or jewelry set is accepted. Please refrain from purchasing multiple items to decide which will work best.
Contact us within 2-3 days of receipt for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition. Items returned in used condition will be sent back to the customer.
Postage, shipping, and handling charges are not reimbursable.
No returns or exchanges are accepted after the wedding date or the date the item is needed by.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Items that are damaged or wrongly packed will be replaced immediately with the same item or a store credit at no cost to you. If store credit or exchange is refused, a 20% return fee will apply.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours without a fee. Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Shipping Delays: Shipping delays are beyond our control. Please order with ample time (at least 2 weeks) or choose rush processing. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals if rush/priority mail was not selected.
